Confused
(adjective)
When you find yourself in a state where you can’t tell if the food you have cooked (read: fried) is burnt or fried to perfection (almost!).
I hope this one brought a smile to your face. This is day #10 of the lockdown here in India. I’m safe in the confines of my comfortable house. Wherever you are, I hope you are safe and well. Take care.
Lockdown is a moment when one can really wonder about their culinary skills! But since it’s a crisis, I have decided not to experiment too much with food. It will be a crime to waste food because of experiments gone wrong, especially in the current scenario.
Have you had a similar experience in the kitchen? Do let me know. I’d love to hear about it.
P.S: Do make sure that you regularly check your spam and trash folders. Some comments end up there and have to be rescued!
