The one thing you need in excess at the moment when you realize that you don’t have an ingredient in the middle of cooking a dish!

I’m a lazy idiot who’s not exactly fond of cooking. However, the current lockdown has forced me into the kitchen to cook three healthy-ish meals every day. Inventory and keeping a track of it are not exactly my strong suit when it comes to the kitchen. So often in the middle of cooking, I find out that I’m out of a particular ingredient! Then it’s up to my creative ideas to save the day. Necessity is the mother of invention. 😀 It also helps that I’m the only one who has to eat the food. 😉
