tiny tale #77: Wanderlost

She had inherited her father’s wanderlust.
She dreamed of travelling far and wide.
The numerous photos that her father had taken during his numerous trips only fuelled those dreams
Whenever she looked through those photos, her heart longed to visit and marvel at those wondrous places.
But unfortunately, she was too broke to follow in his footsteps.
But the photos never failed to mesmerize her with a virtual tour.

This story was written in response to Sadje’s What Do You See prompt #32. Thank you Sadje for hosting this challenge. The challenge is to use the picture prompt as inspiration to compose an original story, poem, or a caption.

  1. My father was an expat working in Dubai. My brothers have visited there, but I never got a chance. I used to look at their photos and feel the same. Its on my wishlist to visit Dubai at least once in my life. Still waiting! 🙂🤞
