Their house wasn’t a happy home.
This post was written in response to my own Saturday Six Word Story Prompt (6WSP) #45: Home. Click on the link to read entries from my fellow bloggers.
This was a really good prompt, if I may say so myself. I’ve the feeling that this won’t be my only response to this prompt!
This is not the prompt post. Kindly link all your responses to the prompt post.

Your six words are like the lid on Pandora’s box. They make me curious to lift it even though I know there will be pain/trouble underneath.
Hope you’ve been well Shweta.

I guess that’s the Dubai equivalent of a rain storm. You got a very warm welcome anyway 😂😉
And you’re reunited with your family. 😃

Mine wasn’t happy either–unless “false happy” counts, the kind that “keeps up appearances”, which made for great dysfunction.
