six word story #72

She wished she could go home.

This post was written in response to my own Saturday Six Word Story Prompt (6WSP) #45: Home. Click on the link to read entries from my fellow bloggers.

This was a really good prompt, if I may say so myself. I’ve the feeling that this won’t be my only response to this prompt!

This is not the prompt post. Kindly link all your responses to the prompt post.

    1. Currently I’m far away from home and with things the way they are, I don’t think I’ll be able to go home anytime soon. This was partly inspired from my own experiences. But my situation is no where close to that yours was. I hope you’re home now, wherever you are. 😃 And I hope that you and yours are safe and well.

      1. Florida is home now and I get minor homesick for Texas. As a civilian, I can go there anytime…well not now with COVID19. I wish for life to get back to normal soon do everyone can go to their home and be with family. My best friend is from Iran and her aunt passed away a few weeks ago. She can’t go home either. We will be okay. I believe that! 😊
