Three Line Tale #27: The show must go on

Three Line Tales 1 Minute

The world was collapsing under the weight of a virus attack.

There was no cure in sight, no vaccine either.

And many felt just like the musicians who kept playing while the Titanic was sinking.

This post was written in response to the Three Line Tales, Week 234 prompt by Sonya. Thanks to Sonya for hosting this challenge. If you want to participate, please visit the link for instructions and other guidelines!

A rather dark take. But I have been having a couple of very bad days. One of my neighbours have tested positive for COVID-19. My building and a couple of other buildings in my area are sealed down for 14 days. I’ll be home and so to look at the bright stick, I’ll have more time on my hands.

    1. Oh, BG. I am sorry to hear that. It is a very difficult and troubling time indeed. Thanks a lot. And yes, the impact of the scene may not have been felt in its entirety. But now I can feel the brunt of it.

      1. The recent one was less than 100m, which is why my building was also sealed. Yes, I have to force myself to focus on the bright side. I’ll be losing my mind otherwise. I’ll stay safe. Thank you so much. I hope you and yours are safe and well too. ❤️🤗
