Three Line Tale #28: A field of purple

Three Line Tales 1 Minute

The flowers bloomed, covering the vast field in a brilliant purple hue.
The flowers did not care whether the humans were around to admire them.
Unlike humans, Nature did not worry about Instagram and the number of likes that a captured moment would garner!

For visually challenged readers, the image shows a field of purple flowers. The field is surrounded by tall trees and we can see the sun above the tree-tops. The photo is slightly blurred at spots due to the sun’s rays.

      5. Hmmm.. we had 4 days holiday for Eid and today included..had a nice time here.. though not much outing, at least tge beaches arw safe here. And everyone takes extra care.. distancing even on the sand and in the water.. pinne monu ivde vannu ottakku ayathinte oru samgadam oke indu. Nattil ammumma and muthachan oke full time koode kalikkarundayi.. so athinte oru vishamam aalku.. apo avanem kondu 2 days beach poyo.. nale muthal normal working days ..

        nattil ipo 4 aayennu thonnunu for LKG. Ivide pokunna academic year july 31stnu 4 aayale admission kitu. Ivante DOB November 2015 aanu.. so ee varsham April cherthu.. April classes thudangi.. Online aanallo ippo.. ipo summer vacation anu ivde.. August last reopen cheyyum.. online continue cheyyo.. atho pokendi varuo ennu arinjuda..

      14. I’d love to learn Malayalam from you guys. I can understand people speaking, maybe more than 50 percent, but struggle a lot to speak back. Any suggestions for me to improve?

        I’m from Tamilnadu, with ancestry in Kerala. My parents speak the language well.

        I don’t think the language is similar, Nima. As I’ve seen people speak both languages, I can find considerable differences.

      38. Oh yes, it’s even hard for malayalees to read Malayalam in English at times. I think between the two of us, we can tutor Anisha. Alle? 😃

        So many people say that Malayalam is extremely difficult to learn

        Sometimes we get confused with the slangs even .. Am from Thrissur and You from Thiruvananthapuram.. !! Both of our slangs are extremely different 😀 😀 😛

      40. Haha. It really wasn’t that easy for me. My family used to have a field day (many of them, actually!) With my spelling mistakes. My Malayalam exam paper used to provide such comic relief 🤭🙆🏻‍♀️
        Oh yes, the slangs are different. So Anisha will let exposure to two slangs 🤭😂

      41. Ohh was it !!! I dont remember having trouble with malayalam but clearly with English. Coz I studied in a Malayalam medium school till 2nd and then was transferred to a CBSE school next year. I still remember staring at the teachers and the black board while they were tutoring !! All greek and french to me 😦 It took time … and now I cant believe I am writing in English 🙂

      53. But that does not reflect in your writing at all. I find that extremely hard to believe. You have come a very long way 😃
        Malayalam was slightly tricky for me. 10th kazhinju pinne bye paranjathanu. Ippo when I’m writing some recipes or making a list, I write in Malayalam.

        Hmmm… I have not found a problem with malayalam yet.. I even used to take part in Malayalam recitation co;competition 😀 and I love malayalam poems 🙂

      59. I’m closer to Madurai in TN, Shweta… Born and brought up here. But, almost all my relatives are either in Kanniyakumari or Kerala – Trivandrum and Ernakulam.

      62. Even I find it hard to learn, with people at home who can speak Malayalam. 😅 My interest has sparked suddenly witnessing a lot of blogger chats in the language.
