Some people can make you forget time, and gift you with moments and memories… moments and memories so precious that you wish there was a way to turn back time and experience them all over again.
Some people can make even a second feel like an hour or more. Their presence and actions can make us glance at our watches more than we need to, all the while begging time to move faster.
Some people are like a beautiful dream, one that is too good to be true… one that you don’t want to wake up from.
Some are like our worst nightmares… the ones that make us toss and turn about like a ship in a stormy sea.
Some are like our favourite books… one that you will never grow tired of… the one you found when you weren’t even looking.
But if you observe closely, you will find that all of us are a bit of all of these. A wonderful, unique mix with thin boundaries. At some point in our lives, we may have, still are, or will act like any of these people. We might mean the world to some and yet at the same time mean nothing to some others. It’s true the other way around too. It all boils down to perspectives and opinions, doesn’t it?
Author’s Note:
This is just a random musing. My brain has decided to take a break from flash fiction and indulge in a few rambling posts instead. I hope you will like this one.

I used to write a lot of those. This was before I had discovered that I could in fact write fiction too. So for me, it’s sort of a return to my roots.

Oh, thank you so much, chechi. I used to do a lot of rambling posts. They used to be the identity of my blog. That’s I came up with the name! 🤭😂😂
This was, of course, before I had discovered that I could write fiction too!

😀 I like your fiction too. Uncle Albert and Aunt Rosie are my favourites. But in these rambling posts, I get to see more of you 🙂

I feel like that uniqueness makes us who we are. Yes some people are horrible but there are so many good ones out there too!
