Handwriting
(noun)
What would be an excellent means of communication and a way of gathering admiration if beautiful, but can create much dispute if it’s unrecognizable and/or unreadable especially if it happens to be your study notes, presentation points, or worse, the minutes of the meeting that you had hastily scribbled down.
This post was written in response to today’s One-Liner Wednesday challenge from Linda G. Hill. The challenge, as the name implies is to come up with a one-liner. Please click on the link to know more about the rules of this challenge and/or to read the other entries by my fellow bloggers.
My Wi-Fi connection is MIA. I hope that it’ll be fixed soon. So it may take me a while to get around to your blogs!
Do you have any handwriting stories (good and bad!) to share? The comments section is all yours.
Wherever you are, I hope you are safe and well. Take care.

I have an undisputed reputation for unrecognizable handwriting. 🙂

Haha. They say that people with unrecognisable handwriting have a brain that’s too fast for their hands to catch up with.

I would like to motivate myself by thinking this is true, though my brain gives every indication that it isn’t. 😀

I can’t remember the last time I wrote something on a piece of paper🤔

Wow, really? I still have a diary where I make rough drafts of blog posts 😂

That’s awesome! I’ve been intending to use a diary to write down my thoughts but I find it convenient to do it on my mobile though 😅

At times, I need to write it down. Somehow it seems easier that way 🙂

Writing can be misleading.😛😂
But it can’t ever have any substitute. I still write on paper before typing my poems.

Especially if the handwriting is illegible. I occassionally write my blog drafts on paper too.

Handwriting tells a lot about a person. Sometimes the hardest part about teaching 3rd grade was trying to decipher their answers! 😆

Oh yes, I’ve heard that there are so many things you can know about a person just by analysing their handwriting. Wow, that must have been really tough. But in my case, my handwriting has progressively worsened over the years 😂

My handwriting is like a hard riddle that will take minutes to understand. 😆

Haha. I know that feeling. My handwriting occassionally gets to that state.

I have a so so handwriting. But yaa people can comprehend at least. But I still love to write instead of having digital records.

There’s something special about putting a pen to paper, right? I love writing too although I’m not exactly in love with my handwriting.

Writing on paper is the best😋 typing is tedious, even if my writing may not be at fine and beautiful 😂still writing down things on paper lets you express your feelings broadly and clears your mind, well it happens with me atleast 😅

I love writing but I think I type faster 😂
Oh yes, writing it down helps me to express my feelings better too and when it comes to fiction, they help me plan the plot much better. You aren’t alone, Suhani.

Totally relatable with study notes. I scribble to preserve it from getting stolen. 😂
Writing has drastically reduced after college days, and shrunk to hints on the notepad.

Lol. That’s a very effective way to safeguard notes against theft. 😂
And yes, writing has shrunk dramatically but occassionally when I’m working on a story, I write it down because it helps me plan the plot better.

I do that at times too, esp. with poems.
How’s the progress of your your book, Shweta?
