π nice one.
And I relate to that feeling of being with books.
More money on books than food and clothes..now that’s another level!

You sure they were sleeping? They may have passed out. ππ

Oh, passed out? That’s interesting. I had never thought of it that way. And why might they be passed out and not sleeping, Harsh? π

It’s really hard to say what you want to in six words! While this idea is cute, the second part is a misplaced modifying clause. π Like, “Looking through our binoculars, the fox ran across the field.

Haha. I do take my artistic license for granted at times. Yes, six words can be challenging at times. Especially when the prompt seems tough.

Oh this can happen ππthereβs a silent race between me n hub to sleep first, avoiding hearing the other ones snores π
Books indeed are uplifting and the best hobby! A reader is never alone …
how are you?

Lol. Silent race to fall asleep first. And who ends up winning? Or.. Should I ask who snores the most?
Books are the best indeed. I feel as if they transport us to another world. And if the book is really good, I feel happy and sad when it’s over. And yes, a reader is never alone. I’m doing great, HS.

Haha, nice to know Shweta. Even I’m guilty of spending more money on books than clothes. Crispy pages/ smell of books gives so much happiness no dress could/ can ever. π

I know, right. I’m so happy to find someone just like me. I love the smell of books. Did you know that there’s a scented candle that has the smell of books??

Wow!!! Thanks for the info, Shweta, I’ll be on the lookout for that scented candle. π

Love this, and sometimes books can be more motivating and make us feel better than other people, if it is the right book and the wrong person.

Oh yes. If the choice is between a right book and a not so right person, the book always wins. No doubt about that. I’m glad you liked this one. Thank you so much for reading β€οΈ

Age factor! I dread sleeping with someone elder than me. Snores keep me awake all night.

Having to drown out someone’s snores sucks. Rocky, my labrador used to snore. My previous roommate used to snore notoriously too. So it’s not just the age factor, I’d say. π
