Three Line Tale #35: (Not) At first sight!

Darsh hesitantly followed Amala, his fiancee as she led him to the “special place” that she had selected as a venue for their wedding.
Amala looked at him expectantly as she waited for him to say something… anything.
As he looked at her, he realized that the garden in the middle of nowhere had a certain charm that grew on you… it might not make a great first impression but it was sure to claim a place in your heart gradually… just like his lovely fiancee.

This post was written in response to the Three Line Tales, Week 244 prompt by Sonya. Thanks to Sonya for hosting this challenge. If you want to participate, please visit the link for instructions and other guidelines!

For the visually challenged readers, the image shows a path that is covered my sloghlt overgrown creepers on metallic arches. A door that seems to be covered in greenery can be seen in the distance.

This October, I am taking my blog to the next level with Blogchatter’s #MyFriendAlexa2020 campaign!

Stay safe, everyone.

      1. Same with me! I too didn’t get wedding vibes seeing this picture. It seems quite spooky to me.

I loved your take, Shweta. It’s not always love at first sight.

    1. I can’t take credit for the beauty of the photography. But it inspired a very sweet story. I’m extremely grateful to the photographer and the host of this challenge for selecting this image. I’m glad you liked it. Thanks a lot, Amy ♥️
