Three Line Tale #38: A whole new world

It was a whole new world.
As Myna looked around at the maskless faces, the corners of her mouth turned up in a smile.
The corona age was finally over and for the first time in a long while, nobody cared about masks and social distancing!

This post was written in response to the Three Line Tales, Week 248 prompt by Sonya. Thanks to Sonya for hosting this challenge. If you want to participate, please visit the link for instructions and other guidelines!

Author’s Note:

I hope that we get to this stage soon! A world without the corona virus scare seems like a paradise right now! What I wouldn’t give to go back to the old days!!!!

For the visually challenged readers, the image shows a young girl whose face is turned away from the camera. She is holding a transparent cover that contains some white material. In the background, many people can be seen milling about. A lit-up Ferris wheel and a lot of colourful marquees can also be seen in the distance.

Stay safe, everyone.

This October, I am taking my blog to the next level with Blogchatter’s #MyFriendAlexa2020 campaign!
