Anita broke her fortune cookie, took one look at her fortune that proclaimed “Happiness is a piece of cake” and rolled her eyes.

Then a brilliant idea flashed into her mind – now that she had been laid off, she could use the time to turn her passion into her job and turn into a homebaker.

Thanks to her passion, skill and dedication, Anita’s cakes were soon selling like hot cakes, and turned her into a local celebrity of sorts!
