The perfect view

Cloudless dark night sky
Stars spread over the dark canvas
Gift the perfect view

This verse was written in response to the Photo Challenge #373 hosted at Mindlovemisery’s Menagerie. The challenge is to use the photo prompt as an inspiration for a poem or short story. Thank you, NEKNEERAJ for hosting this challenge.

For the visually challenged reader, the image shows a girl leaning against a bridge over a six lane highway with her head bend backwards, facing the sky.

I love to stare at the sky – during daytime when the clouds glow magnificently and during the nights when the stars come out to mesmerize. The view is absolutely marvelous. Do you like to stare up at the sky too?

    1. Oh, that would the icing on the cake indeed. Unfortunately, no. I have never seen one. What about you, Nandika? I am glad to know that you love to stare up at the night sky too. πŸ€—πŸ˜Š
