Wish – a tiny tale

He wished for a girl. She wished for a boy. The ultrasound results revealed that both their wishes were granted.

I almost ended up writing another take about the pandemic but this story seemed much better and sweeter in comparison.

This post was written in response to the Twenty-Word Tuesday: Week 38 prompt. Thank you, Bulbul for hosting this challenge. The challenge is to weave a tale in exactly 20 words based on the given word prompt. The prompt for this week was “wish”.
