tiny tale #90: Self-love

It took her a while, but ultimately she realized that the only person she could always count on was herself.

(20 words)

This post was written in response to the Twenty-Word Tuesday: WeekΒ 14 prompt. Thank you, Bulbul for hosting this challenge. The challenge is to weave a tale in exactly 20 words based on the given word prompt. The prompt for this week was “Self-Love”. Click on the image to know more about the challenge and read entries by my fellow bloggers.

Sometimes the only person whom you can truly trust is yourself, isn’t it? When you truly accept yourself and love yourself for who you are, even being alone can’t make you feel lonely. I hope that made sense!

      1. Hi, Era. I’m good. A lot has happened since my absence on WP. I got married! It’s been a week since I re-started blogging!
How have you been? I haven’t seen any posts of yours recently.

      1. You can visit the link I have given. The prompts will be valid only for a week. Unfortunately for you, this word prompt was for the first week of November. But Bulbul hosts this challenge every Tuesday. You can visit her page to know the lastest prompt. I think it’s story. I have published two responses to the prompt. The link for this week’s prompt will be available there.
